Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal to submit a return request and receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, manuals, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
